Swimming Pool  

Immerse yourself in the long pool that stretches over 15 metres, and is engulfed by travertine. A retreat for families of all ages, the heated pool provides a place to make memories, no matter the season.   

Hot & Cold Pluge Pool

Where mental and physical fortitude meet. The pool area is replete with hot and cold plunge pools allowing you to stress-test your system and build resiliency. Relax, detox, and soothe sore muscles while improving skin health, increasing circulation, and giving your metabolism a boost.

Steam/Sauna  

Encompassing a traditional Swedish sauna large enough for three people and a steam room,  the steam/sauna area promises relaxation or post-workout recovery. The space flows into a  central lounge for quiet time and connects to the spa.
